Important Deadlines for NCoBC2018

Facility Member Discount: Register  B efore January 30th, 2017
NCBC Facility Members receive 10% discount off conference registration for up to 5 staff members  when registered before 1/30/18.  Facility membership primary account holders should call 574-401-8113 to get the discount code for your team members.

Early Bird: Register to Attend NCoBC2018 by February 1, 2018
To receive Early Bird Registration discount rate register by February 1. Registration price increases $100 after February 1, 2018.

Accommodations: Book your Housing by February 11, 2018 at the  Paris Las Vegas
NCBC has block rooms for only $159 per night for a single or double occupancy. For a third person in the room (limit 3 people per room)  add $30 to double room rate plus 12% tax per room, per night. With tax, the totals are $178.08 for a single or double and $211.68 for a  triple. Reservations booked after February 11, 2018 are subject to room availability at the prevailing room rate. Hotel cancellations after  February 11, 2018 will be charged first night room charges.

NCoBC2018 Scholarship:
Apply here by December 15, 2017, to be considered for the Natosha Morton Scholarship, which provides a general conference registration to attend NCoBC2018, sponsored by MagView.

Abstract / Poster Participation: Submit by December 18th, 2017
To participate, email your abstract and the Abstract application to the NCBC office at  NCBCabstracts@breastcare.org by December 18th, 2017. Faxed abstracts and abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
