Happy New Year!

I always love the new year because it brings the reflection of the previous year and a fresh slate of 365 days of new opportunities to come.

We have a lot to be proud of last year (check out our 2022 Recap) and another year of dynamic events planned for 2023! Make sure to save the date for all our upcoming events, especially our 140th Annual Meeting on March 9, 2023. Our theme is There's No Place Like Home, which fits perfectly with our Talent Attraction and Retention Initiative, Hey, Bay City!

Get your Fast Track Pass today!

The Fast Track Pass is a fast and convenient way to attend our monthly Eye Opener Breakfasts for the whole year. With a Fast Track Pass you will automatically be registered to attend each month, have the convenience of a one-time payment, and get express check-in. The Fast Track Pass is $150 for the whole year – that’s for all ten breakfasts in 2023. 

Can’t commit to every breakfast? We’ve got you covered. 

Each Fast Track pass is assigned to a specific person who plans to use it every month. However, if you can't make it to a breakfast another individual from your organization can use your pass - as long as you let us know prior to the breakfast.

Brick Award Presentations

The Brick Award was developed by the Bay Area Chamber Ambassadors to recognize the investment a Bay County business makes to the community when it expands, renovates, or improves its facility. The Awards for January were presented to the following businesses: Auburn Hotel and Bailey's Bar.

Auburn Hotel – presented by Lyndsey O’Brien, EXP Realty

The Auburn Hotel and Tavern reopened in August 2022 with a renovation of new flooring, paint, new kitchen coolers, freezers and other kitchen equipment was added. This restaurant is a staple amongst the community. Please stop by for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy the new look!

Bailey’s Bar – presented by Lyndsey O’Brien, EXP Realty

Bailey's Bar & Grill completed a renovation consisting of new flooring, new walls, new bar top, new bathrooms, new office design, new lighting in the patio and back entrance, new interior and exterior paint. More is yet to come this Spring when "Bailey's Bar" is written on the exterior of the building. Come out and see all the work they have done, while enjoying a game of pool or darts!
