Tuesday- Italian Sausage and White Bean / Roasted Cauliflower and Garlic

~ Savory, creamy, and just the right amount of herbs and spices from Italian sausage to make this soup a winner for dinner or lunch. It is a complete meal in a bowl with veggies, beans, and sausage. Would pair beautifully with our rosemary garlic bread.


When you start a soup with fresh garlic, shallots, celery, onions, and herbs that means this pot is packed with flavor. The cauliflower breaks down to make the perfect texture for this soup to dunk our salt and pepper bread into.







Wednesday- Carb Day

~ Stuffed Rolls

~Olive Oil Breads

~Focaccia





Thursday- Thai Shrimp

~ It is Bre's Birthday Week this week so we are making her favorite soup, and we will all reap the benefit. Tender shrimp, rice, sweet red peppers, herbs, and just the right amount of red curry and lime juice to make it bright and just a tad spicy.



Friday- Twice Baked Potatoes

~ This is another favorite of Bre's, well in all fairness, anything involving potatoes is usually at the top of the list for all of us. We will be making a meat and cheese and a vegetarian option twice baked potato. Either one makes a great meal to simply pair with our salad of the week or make steak or chicken on the grill to add these as the perfect side dish. Either way, dinner is done.





Saturday- Quiche

~Sausage, Potato, Cheddar

~Sundried Tomato and Goat Cheese

~Caramelized Onion and White Cheddar





Salad- Greekish

~Tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta, and olives on a bed of mixed greens.
