Menu

week of April 23rd ~ April 27th

Tuesday- Beef Vegetable / Italian Tortellini

~ Sometimes all you need is a classic soup to remind you of when times were simpler and all you needed at the end of the day was a good bowl of homemade soup and your family. However, our buttermilk biscuit would make that dinner even better. Our beef veggie is loaded with every vegetable you can think of and melt in your mouth bites of sirloin, perfect for a simple dinner.

Italian tortellini is one of our most popular vegetarian soups and it's not hard to see why once you taste it. With a cream tomato base, veggies, greens, and cheese tortellini, its filling yet light enough for an ideal lunch that won't weigh you down.

Wednesday- Carb Day

~ Stuffed Rolls

~Olive Oil Breads

~Focaccia

Thursday- Shrimp and Corn Chowder

~This soup always reminds me of summer no matter the time of year. Plump shrimp, sweet corn, tender potatoes, carrots, celery, and tons of fresh herbs make this soup pop with flavor. It would pair beautifully with our salad of the week for a complete meal.

Friday- Chicken Enchiladas

~Pretty excited that I, along with all of you, will be eating chicken enchiladas this week. It is one of my favorites that Jess makes, she does not shy away from flavor when it comes to these bad boys. Jess's enchilada sauce is dark and deep with flavor, you will want extra guaranteed. We season and slow roast the chicken till it falls apart then fill tortillas with the tender chicken, cheese, roll them up and smother them with the scratch made sauce. Dinner is done.

Saturday- Quiche

~Beets, Greens, and Goat Cheese

~Bacon, Potato, Cheddar

~Spinach and Feta

Salad- Beet and Apple

~Earthy beets, sweet apple, candied pecans, and goat cheese make a delicious combination on a bed of mixed greens.
