Please note, in an effort to fully open Bartlett Aquatic Center as soon as possible water temperature may be slightly less than target range. It does take time for the heaters to warm such a large area of water. Therefore, Splash Central will remain open to guests on Wednesday, July 3, until 5pm. Reduced daily fees will remain in effect on Wednesday, July 3, and return to normal Bartlett Aquatic Center pricing on Thursday, July 4.
Beginning Thursday, July 4, Splash Central Indoor Pool will return to regular operations and no longer be available to Bartlett Aquatic Center pass holders. Additionally, Bartlett Aquatic Center passes will no longer be accepted at Coral Cove in Carol Stream or Seafari Springs in Hanover Park. We thank our fellow park districts for their generosity in accepting Bartlett Aquatic Center passes during our challenging time.
Now that Bartlett Aquatic Center is FULLY OPEN, pass holders will be issued a credit to their household account for the days Bartlett Aquatic Center was either not open or partially open. Please understand, this is a manual process for team members so it may take a few weeks for the credit to appear in your household account. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Pass holders will receive a 100% credit for the days Bartlett Aquatic Center was not open (May 26-June 7) and a 75% credit for the days Bartlett Aquatic Center was partially open (June 8-July 2).
