District 3 (Calhoun, Gilmer, Ritchie Wirt, and Wood) has a vacancy and is seeking a young lawyer representative.
To be eligible to apply for the vacancy, you must be a member in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar who has either been admitted to practice for ten years or less prior to the State Bar’s annual meeting or be 35 years of age or younger. 10th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT VACANCY
The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is currently receiving applications to fill the judicial court vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Robert A. Burnside, Jr. in the 10th Judicial Circuit serving Raleigh County.
