Thank you for joining us this week as we at the Baptist World Alliance pray for our worldwide Baptist family and for God's work around the globe. If you pray along with us weekly, you will be able to pray for the entire world each year!

Praise:

Join us in giving thanks for the Christians faithfully living out Gospel witness in these lands. We also give thanks for those who continue to pursue peace in the midst of war, unrest, and terrorism.

Prayer:

Join us in prayer for protection for those living in war-torn areas. Pray for the emergence of stable democratic societies based on the rule of law, social justice, and respect for religious and other freedoms.

Parts of Australia are experiencing unprecedented bushfires that have impacted nearly 18 million acres, and Baptist churches and ministries are at the center of many of these affected areas. These churches are supporting many people from within their churches and within the community both pastorally and practically even in the midst of their own loss, grief, and distress. Please join us in prayer for rain, for the firefighters working to control the bushfires, and for the ministry of these faithful churches standing with their communities in the face of great challenge.
