Reiki classes are a way to learn about self-healing techniques which can also be offered to friends and loved ones. All classes are held 10am-6pm in Cromwell, CT. Class size is limited to six students.

Reiki Level 1 ($125)
Learn this ancient Japanese hands-on technique which helps to support our body's balance and wellness and creates an experience of relaxation. Understand the basics of how our body's energy system works and why it is important to our health and well-being.
Healing principles, energy systems, and meditation will be discussed and practiced. Teaches the basics of healing.
Sessions at the end of class will use techniques taught in this class for self-healing and working with others. All classes are held in Cromwell Fee: $125 (includes manual, class materials, and certificate)

Reiki Level 2 ($175)
Expands upon information presented in Reiki Level 1 and attunes you to higher levels of energy. You will gain the ability to heal from a distance, as well as to heal mental, and emotional issues.
Sessions at the end of class will use techniques taught in this class for self-healing and working with others.

Reiki Level 3 - Advanced Practitioner ($200)
This course will further empower you as an Advanced Practitioner and support your understanding and practice of additional techniques used in Reiki healing. Moving Meditation, Aura Clearing, and Crystal Grid healing are some of the techniques taught. A manual and certificate of completion are provided.

Reiki Master/Teacher ($450)
Upon completion you will become a Reiki Master Teacher and Healer. You will be qualified to teach all the levels of Reiki (including the Master Level) to others. NOTE: graduates of this class can audit any Reiki class with me at no additional charge.
Fee: $450 (includes manual, class materials, certificate, and attendance to future Reiki classes for free.)

Reiki Share - Practice and Receive Reiki ($15)
Class size limited to six people. All session are held in Cromwell 1-4pm
The purpose of a Reiki Share is for practitioners to participate in giving and receiving Reiki within an atmosphere of friendship and love. Participating in a share is also a beneficial way of honoring each other as healers.
This class will include instruction and practice of basic guided imagery techniques. In addition to the share, a Reiki or Healing topic will be discussed, i.e.: Chakras, using guided imagery, etc.
Fee: $15
