What is BVRI, you say?
Bear Valley Residents, Inc!

Bear Valley Residents, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed for the benefit of Bear Valley property owner s (and non- property owners) who wish to join BVRI to gain access to member benefits.

Why you should join BVRI

The primary role of BVRI is to enforce the CC&Rs in the new subdivision, maintain the beaches at Bear Lake for your enjoyment, and maintain the common areas of the Village. In addition, BVRI supports such community activities as the Bear Valley Music Festival, the annual New Year's Eve Fireworks show, and we host an annual community BBQ at the beach so you can get to know your Bear Valley neighbors and have some fun! BVRI also works with the community to maintain forest health for fire prevention, and we work with the Bear Valley Lodge to provide access to the Lodge pool in the summer for BVRI members. This past year, BVRI also stocked Bear Lake with fish for our members to enjoy fishing at the lake. All in all, BVRI works hard to help make your Bear Valley experience the best it can be.
