Sharing Christ, Changing Lives!

Fire burns and destroys.  We tell people not to play with matches because we want a buffer, margin, between them and the dangers of fire.  Yet, we often neglect putting the same margin between us and the temptations that will burn us!

Please remember to pray for…

  • Prayers for Annie Kupfrians Cousin Valerie as the October chemotherapy did not work. Her body rejected the treatment and is no longer an option. Please pray for a positive outcome on the upcoming CT scan in February and that the tumors have stopped growing and/or are shrinking.
  • Prayers of healing for Judy Fukuda, Janet's sister in law as she goes through some medical testing.
  • Praise for Tom (friend of Donna Heinecke) who successfully underwent a heart transplant. Prayer is still requested as his new heart learns to sync with his body. His family is humbled knowing his opportunity came at another family’s loss and asks we pray for the donor family.
  • Prayer request for Gina Hernandez and her family. For their health, for their illnesses, for their struggles, for their deliverance and for their salvation. In Jesus name amen.
  • Prayers for Julie Ficks friend Yvette as she had a biopsy last week on her neck. She has Adult T-cell lymphoma, stage 3. She began treatment on Tuesday, Jan. 16. She will be at UCLA. It will be a long road, but the doctors say it is very treatable. Please pray for Yvette, her husband Paul, and their 2 daughters Star & Luna.
  • Prayers for a speedy recovery for Vic Zaferson for health concerns.
  • Prayers for the friends and family of Oskar Zimmermann who passed away over Christmas.
  • Prayers for Kathy Nunez recovering from cancer surgeries.
  • Ben Adderley went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 8th after fighting cancer valiantly for over 2 years. Prayers for Lori & their adult children and extended family.
