BRS PTA Meeting #2

The next BRS PTA meeting will take place on:

Wednesday, Feb. 8th at 7:00pm

@ BRS Library

Hear from Kathy Herron, experienced midwife + educator, who will share context, tips, and best practices for speaking with our children about puberty and age-appropriate sex-education. This meeting will include a short presentation followed by questions and answers. In person guests: BYO coffee/tea. Sweet snacks from Gammie Cakes will be provided.

Carrie Chisolm, Stephanie Doyle, Katie Jordon, and Amber Novick

as well as all the other parents who volunteered their time to help at this event. The 3rd graders had a great time experiencing what it is like to do daily activities with certain abilities and limitation.

We have many new programs coming up this February. We especially want to let families know about our Homework Help program which pairs children and teens to work together after school at the library.
