The Southern Table menu includes crawfish boil ravioli with Zummo Cajun sausage, smoky black-eyed pea hummus, fried shrimp and grits balls, spring pea salad and Derry’s famous Duck Fat Fried Chicken.

The restaurant will be open initially for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with brunch and lunch service to follow.
