The Tobin Memorial Bridge, the two mile long span connecting Boston to the North Shore, is undergoing multi-year major reconstruction. Lane closures will result in lengthy delays on Route 1 in both directions, beginning next week.

We anticipate commuters to seek alternate routes, such as Route 1A which accesses Logan International Airport in East Boston. This may result in extra travel time to/from the airport.
