Koa Ridge, a Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii master-planned community in Central Oahu is just about at the 2-year mark for construction. Much of the initial work was mass grading and infrastructure, but a range of homes from single-family homes, townhomes, and multi-family homes are currently under construction. By the end of the year, over 230 new homes will have been completed and occupied by new homeowners.
At Koa Ridge, Castle & Cooke is dedicated to providing new homes for all rungs of the housing ladder, from affordable units to mid-rises to townhouses and single-family homes. Our intent is to build homes for all stages of a person’s life and to allow our buyers to move up into larger homes as their families grow. This in turn frees up homes on the lower rungs of the ladder for other buyers.
On November 6, 2021, Castle & Cooke welcomed the first homeowner at the affordable Malina community, which, when completed will include a total of 140 one, two, and three-bedroom townhomes and stacked flats. Read more>>>

The Construction Training Center of the Pacific (CTC) is a one-stop comprehensive training and educational resource center established by the Building Industry Association of Hawaii as its workforce development arm. Investing in human capital to improve productivity and the nation's quality of goods and services became a top priority. The Employer Referral ("micro") program is for individual businesses that need to upgrade the job skills of their employees.
