The NC Utilities Commission (NCUC) issued an Order for Docket A-41 Sub 22 on 2/13/2023 regarding the status of the hearing of the Transfer of Common Carrier Certificate.

BHA 2023 assessment coupons are in the mail and are due by today, February 15, 2023. BHA has a 30-day grace period before late fees or interest begin to accrue. Thank you to members who have already paid their assessments!

BHA's Board of Directors invites property owners and others to view its monthly public meetings remotely via Zoom. Board meetings are typically held the second Friday of each month beginning at 11:00am EDT.
