The BCPS One support model has been modified for the 2015-2016 school year. Staff should seek assistance first from either their STAT teacher or by referencing the One Manual
. To escalate an inquiry, users should submit an
Online Support Request Form
. Lastly, users have the option to further escalate the matter by calling 443-809-7846.

LOGGING INTO BCPS ONE

BCPS staff and students should use their user name NOT email address to log into BCPS One.

OPENING FILES IN THE LMS
|
In the BCPS One Learning Management system (LMS), teachers and students have access to district digital resources. When opening files (including Word, PowerPoint, etc.) users will first see a preview of that document. Step-by-step directions for opening files directly in their applications can be found on the

in the BCPS One Manual.

LMS MAINTENANCE
|
The BCPS One LMS will be unavailable on Friday, August 28, 2015, from 8
:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
for routine maintenance.

LMS OPENING PAGE
|
Based on user feedback, the LMS now opens to the calendar. Users can then switch into the gradebook or other features of the system.
