Did You Miss the Annual Meeting?

Our thanks to all of you who were able to attend the April 16 BAFCA Members Annual Meeting! We had a really informative and engaging discussion of green burial options with our guest speaker, Ed Bixby, Owner and Operator of Destination Destiny Memorials, Steelmantown Cemetery Company, and Eco Warriors Funeral Supplies.

If you were not able to attend the meetings, no worries! The meeting was recorded and is viewable on our private YouTube page.

(Note: Even if you couldn't attend our Annual Meeting, please complete the survey. We are interested in getting your feedback about future presentation topics and the structure of those meetings.)

In the News: Funeral Homes Don’t Have to List Prices Online. That May Change.

Regulators are considering an update to the rule on funeral home price disclosures, as the rule was written before widespread use of the Internet.
