Builder Attestations Due - Reminder ENERGY STAR Builder Attestations are good for one year from date of signature and must be re-submitted each year or per site. If yours is delinquent, it can can be sent electronically to   Bari Rapp .

ENERGY STAR V12.7 Build-Out Period Ends August 2019 Reminder that if you are building to ENERGY STAR V12.7, you have until August 31, 2019, to complete the home. For more information, please contact  Bari Rapp .

EnerQuality Builders Rolling in Awards It’s been a busy season for EnerQuality builders, winning more than 50 HBA and national awards and showing that better built homes stand out. The year started off with a bang for Branthaven, with seven trophies at HHHBA and one at BILD. New Ontario Housing Supply Plan Released The Ontario Government has released a Housing Supply Action Plan (“More Homes, More Choice”), following an extensive consultation with stakeholders, OHBA members and local home builders’ associations across Ontario.
