Congratulations to these rising Kindergarten students! We will miss you but we feel blessed to have been part of your education and growing up.
This past Saturday June 1, we celebrated the retirement of Millie Norris as our Assistant Director of Avondale Children's Center. It was a joyous day for celebration and sharing memories. Thank you Millie for your many years of service to A.C.C.
and our congregation!

Congratulations to Renee Molzon! Renee was recently promoted from Kitchen Manager to Assistant Director of Avondale Children's Center. She has faithfully served A.C.C. for nearly two years not only in the kitchen, but helping with office support as well. Renee is married to Nick Freeman and they have 1 child (Samuel who is 3) and 3 fur-babies (cats, Skitty & Fred and dog, Malibu). Originally from NE Ohio, Renee has lived in Charlotte for a decade and loves the diversity of our city. About her role at A.C.C., Renee says she loves "making a difference in the lives of the students, fostering their growth & learning from them in the process." We are excited for A.C.C. as Renee transitions into her new role!
