Chocolate Hazelnut Galette

A round of applause for the return of the Chocolate Hazelnut Galette. We start with hand mixed pastry dough, rolled out and shaped into a 4" pocket. It's filled with the same amazing chocolate that we use for our flourless chocolate torte and topped with chopped, toasted hazelnuts. We add a sprinkle of sugar to the edge and bake it until it's golden brown.

Chocolate Hazelnut Galette is available for $7.

BRC 5K

It's time to register for the 24th annual Blue Ridge Conservancy 5K on Saturday, September 21st. Registration is OPEN, so mark your calendar to be a part of this High Country tradition. Enjoy the scenic views of the Blue Ridge as you challenge yourself with a climb up Wonderland Trail Road along side other Blue Ridge Conservancy supporters. Run the 3.1 miles as fast as you can knowing that sticky buns, coffee, and even beer await as you cross the finish line.
