Working in close collaboration with ifm efector to consistently provide the latest solutions in concrete automation.
Wet cast products packaged in seconds, in any orientation.
Automacad's palletizing system incorporates a newly designed vacuum tool powerful enough to lift and position products of all shapes and sizes in any orientation. The system is equipped with two ABB industrial articulated robots that can palletize a product every 3.5 seconds without any human intervention.
The vacuum tool incorporates ifm efector vacuum sensors and a powerful blower to lift up to 700 pounds of product at full extension and maximum speed. In order to simplify cabling and tool connectivity, ifm efector's AS-interface is used to communicate the vacuum tool status to the ABB Controller.
This revolutionary automation process increases packaging speed, eliminates manual lifting and the occasional pinched finger.
