AURORA, ILLINOIS (JUNE 4, 2018)β€”The Aurora Area CVB and the Aurora Area Sports Alliance are the winners of a 2018 Reader's Choice Award given by Sports Destination Management magazine.

The Aurora Area was selected by readers of Sports Destination Management as a "Favorite Small Market Destination" for its outstanding collection of athletic venues for professional, amateur, and youth sports; convenient location relative to Chicago along I-88; and family-friendly tourist attractions including Raging Waves Waterpark, Chicago Premium Outlets, and the award-winning Paramount Theatre.

"It's no secret that our world-class venues, Midwest location, and exciting destination makes this area a Readers Choice Award winner. Thank you to all of our industry partners and supporters who continue to recognize the benefit of sports marketing and to our clients who choose the Aurora Area to host your events."
