In the first days following a loved one’s death, the family makes an average of 200 decisions. During such an emotional and stressful time, a Memorial Service Plan that outlines your wishes will make the process of planning your service less demanding and more meaningful for your loved ones.
Use the link to the right to download a copy of the form. When you are ready, return it to the office, and we will keep it in a secure file. You can also pick up a printed copy at any time from the church office. If you would like to request a meeting with the pastor to review the service plan with you, please let the office staff know.
