Gym News:



As we near the end of summer break and kids return to school this month, this may become a "relief" to your schedule, or add a little more chaos to your schedule as fall sports return & car pool lines resume. Either way, we wanted to give you a few tips to keep you mentally and physically strong during this shift! These are a few things that work for us no matter what time of the year:

  1. Wake Up Early: Early might be a perspective (ha), but early for us is at least 2-3 hours before the kids wake up.
  2. Hydrate: Drink water first when you wake up. For me, it's at least 10 gulps before coffee and/or pre-workout.
  3. Stretch or Exercise: For us, it's our workout, first thing! It helps eliminate any excuses as your day gets filled with unexpected things, you become mentally drained, kids fill the evening schedule, etc.
  4. Healthy Breakfast: Fuel your body with a balanced meal - proteins, fats & carbs.
  5. Plan your day: make a to do list, set priorities, pre-plan dinner, etc. It helps you navigate your day better.


If you need that extra accountability, join us for group classes such as Power Bar, Pump, Spin, Cardio Kickboxing, Strength Kickboxing, WARRIOR Strength, Core Work, and more! All classes are included in your gym membership. We have a variety of class times to help fit your schedule.

Martial Arts News:


If you missed it, 8 of our Taekwondo students qualified for Nationals and attended the events in Fort Lauderdale, FL the week from June 30th - July 6th. There was over 3600 Athletes in attendance and we want to recognize the medals our team brought home to Maryland!

Now is the perfect time to give Martial Arts a try for your entire family! We have added more classes and opportunity for growth within our programs to instill not only the technique of the martial art, itself - but leadership, discipline, and mentorship. In today's society, we hope to be a positive influence in the lives of our kids and have enhanced our programs to enable them the opportunity to be a positive influence to their peers, as well. We are so thankful to have the opportunity to create this environment within this space!

When you sign up for our Martial Arts program, the first 2 family members pay & the rest are FREE (up to 5 family immediate members). We know the value in our programs and are more than glad to offer this as we have so many families who train with us and it's always our goal to couple the best price without sacrificing quality!
