Greetings T&C Families and Friends,
It is hard to believe summer is almost over and the fall season is already here.
All our fall sports are currently open for registration, but some are closing soon and others are filling up fast. If you haven’t yet registered now is the time - don’t wait!
It has been a challenging summer to grow and keep grass alive, but our maintenance team has been doing an amazing job and the fields are in good shape considering the conditions to start the season.
Again, we are going to kick off the fall season and welcome everyone back to T&C with a Family Fun Day event to be held Labor Day (September 4th) on the Meadowheath side of the complex. (See more details below).
The Labor Day Family Fun Day is just one of many special events planned for the fall season. We have several others including the T&C Days at UT Football and UT Soccer coming up very soon with other events to follow in October and November. So read your newsletters, check the website often and follow us on social media to stay in tune with all that is going on out at T&C this fall.
It is going to be another great season to be part of the T&C family so, I encourage you to get your players registered soon and come on out and play with us.
Have a fun, healthy, safe last few weeks of summer I can’t wait to see you back on the T&C campus this fall.
Best regards,
Doug Chappell

Equipment Exchange Program
|
As you know T&C is always trying to help every child be able to play, and through your generosity, you can help us too!
This season we are going to facilitate an equipment exchange to repurpose gently used sports equipment your family may have grown out of and get it in the hands of players that could really use it.
If you have gently used baseball, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, soccer, softball, and volleyball equipment you'd like to donate, please drop it off weekdays between 10:00AM and 3:00PM from July 31st- August 23rd at our 9100 Meadowheath Drive office. (The Blue Building).
If you're interested in receiving donated equipment, we will have tables set up with the donated equipment in front of the blue office building on Saturday, August 26th (Tentatively starting at 10:00).
All donations are appreciated and will be put to good use so thank you in advance! (For questions or concerns, please email: office@tandcsports.org).

Coach Ally Davidson
"Coach Ally not only captures her players’ attention in unique, playful ways for great technical training.... she also captures their hearts and instills in them a LOVE for the game, and a dedication to team, and a deep belief in themselves that makes them push to become the best athlete they can be. She breaks down the basics of the sport in a way that allows young players to understand and improve. Her patience is second to none when it comes to coaching."

New Signs (Meadowheath Side)

We're happy to announce our irrigation system is back up and running after the damage it incurred over 4th of July weekend. We're a privately owned facility with no trespassing, pets, or fireworks permitted.
Our fields are happy to have water again in this extreme heat, but we need our families to have plenty of water too. Please bring a refillable water bottle with your First and Last name marked on it so you can stay hydrated and recover it if lost.
We have 3 water fountains you may use to refill your water bottles at:
- one located by our office (near field 10),
- one located by soccer concessions (near field 20),
- one located by baseball concessions (near field 13.)
The Morris Rd. side of our campus has limited vending machines but doesn't have a water fountain so please be mindful when visiting us and pack accordingly!
