Hi all,

Well, here we are well into August with only a few weeks until Labor Day. Hope your summer is going well and you are getting out in the fresh air and sunshine. Going for a walk regularly is a great way to exercise. If it's too hot or otherwise bad weather, hop on a treadmill if you have one available.

I also hope that you are finding time to watch some (or all) of the Paris Olympics. It is inspiring to see these athletes push themselves to their absolute limit as they strive for gold. You might find it interesting that many of them receive regular chiropractic care and some are actually adjusted just before their event to give them a boost.

One other item - I'm happy to announce that we now have our office website up and running: www.warrenchiropracticnj.com

Take care and be your best!

Healthfully yours,
