Empowering Leadership: CT

Transportation Leaders Unite for Engaging Roundtable Discussion

We had an incredibly successful Leadership Roundtable focused on Fostering Leadership and Development Within Our Agencies in South Windsor on August 14, 2024. With 40 of Connecticut’s top transportation leaders including TLP alumni and current cohort members, gathered around one table, the morning was filled with empowering discussions and valuable insights. The full session fostered an open and dynamic exchange of ideas, with participants sharing success stories, challenges, and strategies for developing and supporting resilient teams within their agencies. We’re thrilled to have hosted such a meaningful event!
