Ecumen’s Adult Day Services cares for adults ages 55+ who live at home but need a safe and engaging place during the day. Ecumen Home Care & Hospice provides quality care to people in the comfort of their own home.

The Ecumen Home Care team consisting of nurses, therapists, social workers and support staff provide individualized care. Home care is available to assist a person: rehabilitate at home following surgery, manage chronic health issues, prevent rehospitalization, assist with everyday activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation and household tasks to enable independence and safety. Emergency response systems and medication dispensers are also available.

At Ecumen Hospice, we empower our patients to live each day as vibrantly and fully as possible. As one of the state’s first hospice programs, Ecumen Hospice has a strong heritage of helping patients/families navigate this season of life. A full range of services including: nursing, hospice aide, spiritual counselor, social worker, massage therapy, volunteers, and bereavement are offered to patients/families. Services are provided wherever a patient calls home (private residence, assisted living, residential care home, skilled nursing facility) that is facing a life limiting illness.
