Todd D. Zakrajsek '85 is Associate Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at UNC-Chapel Hill, and Executive Director of the Academy of Educators in the School of Medicine. He dedicated his recent book Dynamic Lecturing to beloved LSSU psychology professor Tim Sawyer.
 
Peter Johnson '95 has been appointed Fire Chief for City of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario 
 
Mark J Engels '93 debuted a novel, a paranormal sci-fi thriller called Always Gray in Winter. He is a member of Allied Authors of Wisconsin and the Furry Writer's Guild.

Tom Berriman '04 named principal of Alpena High School

Nick Wolfe '99 is Grace Bible College's new Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. 
   
STUDENT KUDOS 

Students held a touching tribute to Dr. Pleger on campus. It included the renaming of the "Dr. Thomas & Teresa Pleger Commons" and dedicating a bench to Dr. Pleger with one of his favorite quotes.
