Last month, we launched the new Audi Intelligence Dashboard and the Tier 3 Certified Provider Program, updated Audi Magna Society badging, and announced automotiveMastermind's Private Incentive Lookup feature.

This month, we announce the Summer of Audi Tier 3 dealer campaigns, launch a new Audi Care landing page, provide enrollment updates for the ARE and Certified Partner programs and Find Your Match changes, and take a deep dive into March's Tier 3 website performance metrics.

Summer of Audi Tier 3 Dealer Campaigns
Audi of America is excited to announce the following programs available at Tier 3 that will help participating dealers to activate the upcoming Summer of Audi Sales Event:

  • FourEyes 60-Day Promotion
  • Tier 3 Certified Digital Advertising Program

Dealer webinars for more information prior to enrolling will be hosted by Audi and Foureyes on May 6 at 3PM EST and on May 9 at 1PM EST.
Audi Care Program Updates | AudiUSA.com and Tier 3
Audi Care program tiers and package options have been updated for 2024.

A refreshed Audi Care landing page is live on AudiUSA.com and in Dealer's website sitemap.
2024 Audi Retail Experience Program Enrollment is now Live!
Audi of America is excited to open enrollment for the 2024 Audi Retail Experience (ARE) program. The enrollment window runs through May 1, 2024.

ARE is a voluntary customer-centric program that focuses on key dealer behaviors and customer experiences, with a focus on human and digital aspects of the customer journey.
Tier 3 Program Enrollment Update
Enrollment date extended to May 31.

On March 21, 2024, Audi of America launched the Tier 3 Certified Provider Program and Enrollment Center through the new Audi Intelligence dashboard.
All dealers are required to enroll with their certified third-party tools through the program, as this will also support the successful migration of Dealer.com websites to the One Audi Digital Dealership (oADD) platform that will begin later this year. Dealers were initially given a deadline of April 15 to complete enrollments. This deadline has now been extended to May 31.

Find Your Match Update
"Find Your Match", functionality that launched on AudiUSA.com in May 2023 to enhance the Car Configurator tool, is undergoing some modifications.

The example at left is the original version of Find Your Match. The example at right is the simplified version.
Find Your Match has been temporarily removed from customer view while we perform backend maintenance and will be back online in a simplified version next month. The simplified version of Find Your Match will:
  • Remove % Match
  • Remove Differing features
  • Update Tool Subtitles

Audi Retail Digital by the Numbers | March 2024
Take a deeper dive into March's Tier 3 website performance. With 5.3M unique visitors platform-wide, total unique visitor count rose +44% YoY.

The Q5 continues to outpace all models with 569k VDP views, followed by the Q3 (332k) and Q8 (293k).
MRC Spotlight | Brian Pinkerton, Area 76a
Brian helped move three stores in Area 76a from their legacy digital retailer to more modern solutions, helping each store embrace the need to have parity between their online and physical showroom.
Audi Intelligence (AI) Analytics Dashboard in Beta
As we continue to transition from Shift Digital to Unite Digital and reprocess historical data, please note that the Audi Intelligence Analytics Dashboard will be in a Beta state.
We understand the importance of this data and analytics to our dealer partners, and corporate and region teams, and are working to finalize the re-processing of the data as quickly as possible in order to provide you accurate Month over Month (MoM) and Year over Year (YoY) metrics.
