Algiers Plaza is a 227,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Winn Dixie and Walgreens, and is home to several national retailers such as TJ Maxx, Ross, Five Below, Chick Fil A, Petco, and more. The center is located at 4100 General De Gaulle Dr in New Orleans, LA and is just 5 miles from downtown NOLA. After representing the seller of Algiers Plaza in 2023, SRSA took over the management and leasing of the center for the current California-based owner. This month, our office hosted the South Central X Team regional meeting in New Orleans! This regional meeting was our largest yet, with nearly 30 people in attendance. We caught up over dinner Monday night, and had a full day of speakers and discussions on Tuesday. We shared what's going on in our repsective markets and heard from industry experts. I'm grateful to be part of this organization and for the relationships I've made within it.
