PreferredOne Update Reminder!
Effective January 1st, PreferredOne will
no longer be a valid insurance.
Per the PreferredOne notification sent to the provider in August 2023:
"PreferredOne Insurance Company did not take on any new or renewal business in 2023 as clients moved to other carriers. By 1/1/2024, there will be no clients or members remaining on the PreferredOne provider networks, which includes the PPO rental networks used by Aetna and others. So PreferredOne will not maintain a provider network after 2023."
As we move into the New Year, it's commonly the time when clinics focus on new insurance and/or insurance changes. Be especially sure to check in with your PreferredOne patients.
