Here's the path for (Chapter Secretaries or Quartet Contact persons):
ebiz.barbershop.org> Contest Entry> "Click Here to Create a new Registration">(select) "Chorus" or Quartet", "District or Division", "NSC Carolinas", "International Quartet and Chorus Preliminaries and District Chorus Convention,   Mar 24 2017"

Follow instructions to enter Contest, Name Director, Estimated Riser Count, song selections, etc.

IF YOU KNOW OF OTHER QUARTETS WHO ARE NOT YET REGISTERED WITH THE SOCIETY, or who have recently let their membership expire, please pass on this info to them and encourage them to become a Society quartet and get involved in our contest!

NOTE: Keep in mind the following additional info and considerations:
  1. All competitors on the stage must have their Society, District and Chapter dues paid up through the end of March 2017 (or later) to be eligible to compete.
  2. Your Quartet subscription must be paid up and current for you to compete in the contests. Please make sure you take care of that before the convention weekend!
  3. If you start a contest entry and later want to delete it for some reason, just contact me and let me know you want to remove the entry.  At the moment there is no easy way for you to remove an entry yourself.
We have a top-notch Judging Panel for this convention.  A double-panel is planned, but will increase to a triple-panel if competitor signup exceeds previous years:
MUS: Steve Delehanty, Adam Scott (Jeff Taylor - alternate 3rd judge if needed)
PER:  Joe Hunter, Steve Janes (Steve Dorn - alternate)
SNG:  David Mills, John Ward (Tim Brooks - alternate)
CA:  John Santora, Randy Rensi

We are looking forward to a great weekend.  Please get your group signed up.  Call me if there are any questions.

Yours in harmony,
