During our review of the First Step closed loan packages, we have noticed that in some cases, the tax-exempt rider is either missing from the first mortgage Security Instrument or, if included, is incomplete or contains errors.
As a reminder, copies of the applicable tax-exempt rider can be found on our AllRegs site and Lender Online portal, under the 'PDF Forms' list and the 'Program Documents' tab.
