NEW SUMMER WORSHIP TIME!

Who says Lutherans cannot change?

Beginning Sunday, June 2nd, we will begin having a single combined worship service on Sundays at 9:30 AM

The Worship Team, at its April meeting, decided to try something new this summer. We see this as a way to bring our members together (the "8:30 crowd" and the "11:00 crowd") over the summer so we can build new relationships. We will continue to offer our Saturday 5:00 PM worship service over the summer as well. We will offer these two services, with a variety of styles, through the weekend of August 10-11th. On Sunday, August 18th, we will resume both 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM services, and we will have a "Blessing of the Backpacks" as our kiddos return to school.

PLEASE NOTE:

NO NURSERY STAFF AVAILABLE ON MAY 4 AND 5

PARENTS' DAY OUT CANCELLED - SATURDAY MAY 4, 2024

The nursery will not be staffed that weekend and Parents' Day Out has been canceled due to a lack of staff availability. The nursery will be open for parents to use during worship services May 4-5; however, it will not be staffed.

This concert marks the 400th anniversary of the death of William Byrd, one of the most celebrated masters of the Renaissance. As a Catholic composer writing for a Protestant Queen, Byrd’s music tip-toes the line between submission and defiance. Come enjoy this concert full of meditative chant and soaring polyphony, exploring works by Byrd and his contemporaries Thomas Weelkes, Thomas Morley, and Thomas Tallis.
