Spectator Tickets: You can purchase spectator tickets online, or cash/venmo at the door.
Scoring:
We will be using LiftingCast for live scoring. Share this link with family, friends, coaches. Roster Page (click on your lifter's name to find Info, Order, Attempts, Results), Board Page will have order of lifters once lifters body weights and openers are entered in the system.
Check-in and Equipment Check:
- Check in may be done on Friday (early check-in) or prior to weigh-ins. Please have your 2024 USA Powerlifting membership card available. (ID will be checked at weigh-ins).
- Equipment Check - Make sure you bring everything you will wear on the platform. Read the Approved Attire section in the rulebook/website. Logos must be on the approved list. This includes t-shirts, singlets, AND belts!

You must wear a singlet, t-shirt (optional on deadlift), underwear, and shoes. Knee-high socks are required for deadlift. Belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves are optional.
- Remember to pick up your free meet t-shirt at check-in.
Rack Heights:
We are using a TSS rack for this meet. The rack is available to get rack heights at TruBorn gym during gym hours. You can also get rack heights at early check-in Friday January 5th, 5-7pm as well as on meet day prior to weigh-ins. It is preferred you have your rack heights prior to weigh-ins.
Weigh-Ins:
- You need your Photo ID, Rack Heights, and Openers in kilograms in order to weigh in.
- Weigh-ins are ordered by lot number (called by name). Your lot number is on liftingcast roster and will be posted near the weigh-in area. If you are not present and in line to weigh in when called, you will go to the end of the line for your session.
- Lifters have the option to weigh-in in the nude, wearing only their undergarments/underwear, or wearing a singlet and/or T-shirt.Youth lifters (under age of 14 yo) must weigh-in in singlet, t-shirt, socks.
- Weight class changes on meet day will follow rules in section 5.2 of the rulebook.

If you do not make weight, either higher or lower, we may have to move you to a different flight, or have you lift as a guest lifter. If you know you won't make weight on meet day, please USE THE ATHLETE CHANGE FORM to submit weight class changes! Deadline for weight class changes is Tuesday 1/2/24 @8pm
- Any lifter who does not show up for weigh-ins during their scheduled 1.5 hour time will not be allowed to lift! No exceptions.
- Your coach is allowed to accompany you through the weigh-in process if desired.

What to Bring:
Make sure you bring an official form of ID, singlet, t-shirt, knee high socks, 2024 USAPL membership card (can be on your phone). Here is a checklist template for you to use.

Food:
Bring whatever food and drink you need for the meet. There will be modestly stocked concession stand selling snacks and drinks to spectators. Look for Southern Meal Prep at the meet - they will be selling hot meals to lifters and spectators!

Warmup Area:
- We are using TruBorn Strong's combo racks for warm ups. Please respect all the equipment as if it were your own. USAPL code of conduct will be enforced.
- There are plenty of warm up stations with pound plates and kilo plates.
- Respect other lifters, don't "claim" a rack as your own (or team). Work in together.
- Re-rack your weights! - coaches and handlers please help keep warm-up area neat.
- There will be no "camping out" in warm up area. Only enter warm-up area when you need to start warming up. Belt, wraps, drink is all you need. Leave everything else outside the area where lifters are trying to warm up.
- Only those lifters and coaches for current flight will be allowed in warmup area. Others will be asked to leave.
- Once you finish lifting take all your belongings out of warm-up area.
Competition Area:
- We will be using a TSS rack on the platform for this meet.
- Sniffing ammonia or slapping lifters must be done out of site behind the platform banner.
- Please keep the language clean on the platform.
- Any use of baby powder must be applied in designated area.

Please let us know if you are no longer able to compete by filling out the ATHLETE CHANGE FORM. This helps us keep the meet organized and on schedule.
