RCBM is pleased to introduce Medabolic, a lifestyle management program that utilizes a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, under the medical leadership of Joel L. Young, MD and Derek Susalla, PA-C. We address weight concerns from a risk factor reduction perspective rather than an aesthetic one.
Participation in the Medabolic program starts with an intake interview and comprehensive diagnostic assessment. If the program's criteria are met, a carefully tailored treatment plan will be created based on the individual's needs, integrating the services of our highly trained team of providers, including psychiatrists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners; psychotherapists, and registered dietitians. For some individuals, medication may be a part of your weight loss journey.

SPRAVATO® Program
If you suffer from treatment-resistant depression, hope is here. SPRAVATO® is a prescription medicine, used along with an antidepressant taken by mouth to treat:
• Adults with treatment-resistant depression (TRD)
• Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions
Hear what some of our Spravato program participants have to say about their experience:
"The staff is absolutely wonderful and makes treatment a pleasant time. I usually have anxiety, but the staff is so welcoming and friendly that I don't feel any anxiety when doing my treatment."
"Well coordinated program - should be the model for other programs or eventually Spravato administration specific practices."
"The Spravato staff is phenomenal! They have helped and encouraged me over and over again."
