When one day at a time seems too much, kick back and breathe.  As any yoga teacher, bodyworker, wholistic or even conventional western medical practitioner will tell you,  deep, deliberate breaths are cleansing, healing, relaxing, and life giving.  Since I avoid preaching in my Moments, I decided not to call this one "Breathe as if your Life Depended on it," but you get the drift.

This week's shot was taken atop the Mogollon Rim in AZ.  It is a crescent shaped 200 mile long escarpment (really big cliff) that rises to 7,000 feet elevation above 5,000 ft. elev. highlands and mountains. The Rim Country is famous for vast Ponderosa Pine forests and breath-giving vistas.  The eastern part of this  region of national and state wilderness, private , and tribal land has just been ravaged by the Wallow fire, a blaze that devastated over 500,000 acres.
