Spencer Savings Bank has welcomed Phyllis Valentino as a Vice President, Small Business Relationship Manager within the bank’s Small Business Finance division. In her new role at Spencer, Phyllis will be focusing on servicing clients’ business banking and business lending needs. She brings almost 20 years of banking industry experience to Spencer’s Small Business Finance division. Prior to joining Spencer, she held various leadership positions at large financial institutions and also worked at a brokerage on Wall Street. 


The bank also welcomed Jesse Oliver as Vice President, Small Business Relationship Manager, also within the Small Business Finance division. Jesse brings 20 years of banking industry experience to Spencer’s Small Business Finance division. Prior to joining Spencer, he held various leadership positions at large financial institutions in the tri-state area. 

Berkeley College announced that, for the 11th consecutive year, U.S. News & World Report has ranked the school among the Best Colleges in the nation for Online Bachelor’s Degree Programs. The ranking also recognizes Berkeley College among the Best Online Bachelor’s Degree Programs for Veterans and in the category Best Online Bachelor’s Degree Programs – Business. The Berkeley College Master of Business Administration in Management program is included on the list of Best Online MBA Programs.

CP, now known as CP Engineers, Architecture, & Environmental Services (CP), announced that TFC Engineers & Environmental (TFC) has joined the CP team, bringing augmented capabilities, added locations and new service lines.
