Seats Just added to the 5th Annual Blue & Gold Gala!
The 5th annual Blue & Gold Gala is quickly approaching and additional seats were just added! Grab your tickets or table today!

Kick off the evening with the reception filled with the beautiful sounds from Lisa Pressman of Opus Fromus as you explore all of the amazing silent auction items and enjoy the appetizers.

As you enter the ballroom you will enjoy the sounds of music from an artist who has graced the stage of RFD TV and also an FFA Alumni member Sam L Smith. You have seen the next individual handling the weather duties on Fox 10 the past 20 year, Mr. Cory McCloskey will grace the stage as this year's emcee.

This year's exciting live auction is filled with some incredible packages and will be auctioned off by professional auctioneer and past Arizona State FFA Officer, Anna Aja!

This year we are honored to recognize George Seperich as the Blue & Gold Honoree and Richard Lunt as the Agriculturalist of the Year.

Limited seats have just been added to the event so there is time to grab your ticket to this event that originally sold out in October! Limited sponsorship opportunities are still available and some levels include a table at the event! We won't be surprised if we sell out again within the week due to the limited tables available.

If you are unable to attend the event you can still participate through the silent auction and general contributions! A link will be available a week before the event to participate in the silent auction and view all of the incredible packages!

If you are interested in event sponsorship opportunities, contact Rochell this week at rochell@azffafoundation.org or 602-705-9211.

In Memory of Ismael "Miley" Gonzalez
The Foundation was saddened by the recent loss of an incredible man who dedicated his life to agricultural education. On the morning of Sunday, November 29, 2020, Ismael “Miley” Gonzalez lost his courageous battle with cancer and passed away, peacefully, at the age of 74. He was an active member of the 4H Club and the Arizona FFA and received many awards from both organizations. Passionate about the agriculture industry and agricultural educators Miley made a significant impact on those he encountered.

Tom Jones shared, “Miley Gonzalez led a remarkable life that was rich with contributions. I knew him best when we were studying to be Vocational Agriculture teachers and FFA advisors in the late 1960s and for a few years after as we were both teachers in Arizona. He was fun to be with and always so positive and enthusiastic. I hope you will join me in supporting an endowment in Miley’s memory that will be used to promote professional development of Agriculture teachers in Arizona.” Contributions to the Miley Gonzalez Endowment can be made through this link https://azffafoundation.org/seeds-for-the-future
Like you, at the Arizona FFA Foundation, we’re ready to turn the page on 2020. When we do, in January we’ll be launching “Seeds For Tomorrow”, our planned giving program designed to inform and educate our supporters about ways they can help the foundation lay the groundwork for a successful financial future. Stay tuned for details, and for local opportunities in your area to learn more about this meaningful program.
