Pre-Participation Examination (PPE)

Monday, May 20th

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

All current 4th grade students interested in trying out for any Aristoi sport must have a Pre-Participation Examination (PPE) on file with the Athletic Office. The event below makes that requirement easier to schedule and less expensive. Please register using the QR Code below.

Please read the following important information from Student Care

All students' medication in Student Care must be picked up before the last day of school, May 29, 2024.


Medication may only be picked up by a parent or guardian.

Please review school immunization requirements at https://www.dshs.texas.gov/immunizations/school/requirements to ensure your child is properly immunized for the 2024- 2025 school year.


Note that required immunizations include the 7th grade immunization for Tdap and Meningococcal.


If immunizations are required for your student, you must turn in a copy of your student(s) shot record or a notarized Affidavit for Exemption of Immunizations to Student Care no later than August 12, 2024, the first day of school.

End of the Year Party Information

Parents are invited to attend the class party for their student(s).   


Following are the Class Party schedules:


  • 2nd grade 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM
  • Kinder 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM
  • 3rd grade 10:00 AM -10:30 AM
  • 1st grade 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  • 4th grade 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM


If parents wish to attend:

  • Please Pre-Register by completing this link Pre-Registration for End of Year Parties Link by 4:00 PM, Friday, May 24, 2024.  
  • Parents should park in the back.
  • Enter through the Commons doors.
  • Pick up the Raptor Name Badge at the table in the Commons under the youngest child's grade.
  • Due to space, please do not bring any siblings to the class parties.
  • If you plan to sign your student(s) out following the party, please do so in the classroom and exit the school promptly due to parking or carpool preparation.
  • If you plan to attend the party of a sibling, please leave the first child in their classroom until you are ready to leave campus.  

Please Note:


May 23th, 24th, 28th, and 29th are Early Dismissal days. Visitors are not allowed during lunchtime on those days. Thank you!

Grammar School Award Ceremony

May 28th, 6:00 PM

Griffin Center (Logic & Rhetoric Campus, 5610 Morton Road)

Aristoi's Katy Grammar School Award Ceremony is Tuesday, May 28th at 6:00 PM in the Griffin Center. All grade levels will receive awards in the same ceremony. 


Students who have an award will receive an email invitation on May 22nd from the teacher to be present May 28th.


Student attire for the award ceremony is Dress Clothes/"Sunday Best”.


The grade cut-off is Friday May 17th for awards. Teachers will still take grades after May 17th for report cards.

In order to provide your student with the best experience in art and music, Aristoi is collecting a $20 fee for each K-4 student. This will assist Aristoi in providing: 


  • Art supplies (paper, pastels, paint, clay, etc.) 
  • Art tools (printmaking supplies, paint brushes, etc.)
  • Live music and theatre guest performances 
  • Classroom instruments & supplies
