Cursive Contest (2nd & 3rd Grade)

Beautiful cursive handwriting is a hallmark of Aristoi Classical Academy!

For scholars in second and third grade, our cursive instruction workbooks are published by New American Cursive Penmanship, and they are sponsoring a cursive handwriting contest. Students may participate in this contest by writing the Pledge to the American flag in cursive and submitting their work for consideration.

Students will work on this optional project during Griffin time and will submit their entries to teachers by March 27. A panel of judges will select the Aristoi finalists which will be forwarded to New American Cursive Penmanship.

If your scholar’s work is selected as a finalist, you will receive a permission form on April 2, which will be due back to campus by April 5.

We are excited to submit beautiful handwriting examples and see if our scholars are chosen as winners.
