Dear Ones,
we have arrived in the astrological sign of Pisces... a very dreamy and watery sign. Dancing - for me - is dreaming through movement. We can move not only in 360 degree space but into a multidimensional one of different landscapes of body, feelings, imagery, memories or touch. It is a way of contacting and connecting with our inner and outer resources. When I am embodied in my movement, then each dance can be like an update, refreshing our brain and nervous system.
Let's invite a healing dream for ourselves, our community and the bigger ecosystem of the earth and universe.
