  • Tasia Dass, SHRM-SCP, was a Corporate Recruitment Manager and HR Director in the energy industry for nine years, where she specialized in filling technical positions within the industry and working with department managers to meet their hiring needs. She joined Alternative HR as an HR Consultant earlier this year.
