A Message From the CEO/CFO

Dear Archway Friends and Family,
In July 2019, Archway Programs launched an initiative designed to provide for colleagues in need. The Archway Employee Crisis Fund (AECP) was established with one clear objective, to provide emergency financial support for colleagues. The program, supported through minimal payroll deductions and an initial Archway investment approved by the board, would provide aid based on the needs of the individual as determined through a short application process.
To date, the program has proved to be successful. At its inception, the program received $5000.00 in seed money from the Board of Trustees, with an additional $5000.00 allocated to match employee donations. As intended at the onset, the small bi-weekly donation has helped numerous colleagues in their time of need.
For more information on the program, click here to read the AECP Guidelines. If you aren’t contributing to the program but would like to start, or if you would like to change your donation amount, you can sign up, cancel, or change your deduction amount anytime. To begin donating, simply print and complete the Contribution Application.
If you need assistance and would like to apply for help, please click here to print and complete the Application for Assistance. All applications and donations are entirely confidential. Awarded funds are not taxable income for the recipient. Employee contributions are pretax and not deductible on your income tax.
I appreciate the work and dedication of every member of the Archway Family, and I am proud to be a part of a company comprised of people who not only care for our students and program participants but genuinely care for each other as well.
Thank you all for all you do to make Archway Programs the supportive community of caring it is.
Sincerely,
George Richards
CEO/CFO
