Experience Spring in Orem

Spring is a beautiful time of year. The weather is warming up, and nature is flourishing. Employees and volunteers are hard at work tidying up our green spaces and planting flowers for everyone to enjoy.
This season is an opportunity to step back from everything else and take a moment to breathe in the beauty that surrounds us. We should take advantage of it.

I encourage you to visit a park and do something you enjoy. Go for a walk, throw a frisbee, or play a match of pickleball.

There are so many great ways to get some fresh air and spend time with people you love. Gathering outdoors strengthens relationships and reminds us that we are all part of an incredible community.

Whatever your interests are, I sincerely hope you use this season to experience Orem with your friends and families.

Orem Fire Practicing Ventilation Techniques

Making strategic cuts in the roof of a building provides a way for smoke and heat to escape. This creates better visibility for Engine Companies inside to put out the fire and gives potential victims inside cleaner air to breath until they can be rescued.
Reminder about Transparency Websites

We have created two new web pages to help residents see what's really going on in Orem City. See our council recap page for council decisions and our transparency site for public records.
