Our OASIS Certification Program is officially live!

OASIS Certifications offer users the unique opportunity to shine more brightly with verified role-based skill sets and enhance their OASIS experience through self-paced, specialized training. Companies can leverage the OASIS Certification program for employee onboarding training or employee development as an efficient way to refresh OASIS users on OASIS best practices.

We're launching this program with the OASIS Certification in Quotes, which is now available on our new OASIS Academy learning platform! Order Monitor Tile

The Order Monitor Tile updates nightly to track specific order issues and notify inside staff when an issue has been identified. The Order Monitor Tile will only consider orders that:

• Are not closed
• Have been updated in the past two years
• & more!

The tile can also email follow-up reminders to internal staff, helping them stay on track without logging in to O4!

Conversations

Conversations is an O4-exclusive feature that provides users with a platform to house internal communications over direct messages and phone calls. Important steps, questions, and processes that happen in your everyday business operations.

O2O Files

OASIS allows users to send native OASIS files, known as an O2O file, to manufacturers or representatives who also use OASIS. An O2O file can share data on pricing, invoices, order status, new orders, quotes, and requests for quotes (RFQs). Once an O2O file is received, a user can drag and drop the transaction into their version of OASIS. The transaction will either be created in the user's system, or it will apply updates to the transaction if it already exists.

Aged Invoiced Report

The Aged Invoices Report displays invoices that are under 30 days, between 30-60 days, between 61-90 days, and over 90 days overdue. It will also display the check number of any amounts forwarded that have not been applied to an invoice
