Liquid Nitrogen Storage plus Small Gaseous Withdrawal
Wessington's TPV Series of self pressurising cryogenic vessels for liquid nitrogen (argon & oxygen on request) are suitable for a host of applications within the industrial, medical, research & cryo-biological fields. Each vessel has been designed to automatically maintain pressure at a pre-set level using the integral pressure building circuit.
However, these are not just for liquid applications. With just a small factory fit modification they can be adapted to also supply near ambient gas at flow rates up to 50 ltr / min. A gas use kit, comprising of control valve, pressure regulator and pressure gauge, is pre installed and allows the user to take gaseous nitrogen to point of use. Standard configuration is primary tank regulator at 3.0 bar and gas use regulator set typically up to 1.0 bar below this. The liquid operation of the tank remains unchanged.
