Round-Up in the ReStore raises $732.74 for Women Build
Together we raised $732.74 through Round Up donations in our ReStores in March. These funds will be used to support our Women Build Day on the Vine Street residences on 4/27. Thank you for your support for the Women Build initiative and for choosing to Round Up in support of affordable housing each time you shop at a SLO County ReStore!
At Habitat SLO County we believe strong women build strong communities, and our Women Build initiative brings people together to create community and celebrate the pride that comes with being a woman in this field.

Atascadero Bible Church youth group volunteers with us
Atascadero Bible Church Youth Group donated several hours to our SLO ReStore.
They helped assemble paint kids, organize tool and paint shelves, and even broke down some shelving so we can update the space.
Your spirit of giving and positive attitude was a joy to have in our ReStore!

Thank you for showing how much you Love SLO!
|
A little rain didn't stop 20 volunteers of all ages from painting two playhouses with us during community-wide Love SLO volunteer event on April 13. Volunteers included Morris & Garritano, AmeriCorps, and local families. Thanks to First Presbyterian Church of SLO, our volunteers were able to work inside and avoid the downpour that surprised many of us during this event!
The two playhouses were donated to Atascadero Children's Center where they will become a place of imagination and play for pre-school age children in North County. Thank you to the families, businesses, and individuals who came together to collaborate on this fun day!
