My experience with Nikki's bootcamp began in the summer of 2010 after meeting a friend of mine, who had just come back from a grueling bootcamp session. I was intrigued - why was she so excited about working out? As she began to explain the program and the results of her and her friends, I knew I needed to join. I myself had lost the motivation to stay active, but I had just recently decided to lose weight, and knew a solid plan included activity.

 

Fast-forward almost 7 months, and I have not only been consistent, but increased my bootcamp sessions from 2 to 3 times per week. From the first day out in Adam's Park, I discovered a new love for working out that didn't bore me.  A gym is a great way to work out, but there is nothing like running up hills with weights, doing lunges and using the

"LEBERT Buddy System"

to really sweat it out.

Having a variety in my workouts meant that I didn't have the option of getting bored. The amazing group of people were a surprisingly awesome motivation as well.

 

I know that the reason this has been such an amazing change in my life is because the sessions are run by a woman who has created a safe, encouraging and healthy environment. Working out with

Nikki has not only been fun, but the challenges she presents on a daily basis provide me with a sense of accomplishment that has driven me back class after class.

I now look forward to bootcamp (instead of previously dreading the gym)!  I know that I would not have been nearly as successful with my 40lb (and still losing) weight loss without this amazing trainer and this incredible program.

Description of Classes!

 

RYB Conditioning: Full Body Metabolic Workout ... always something different  

NINJA BOOTCAMP: Ninja boot camp is not your typical boot camp, not only will your muscles burn from innovative strength and agility drills you will awaken your inner Bruce Lee with fun and easy to learn punching and kicking techniques.    Infused with some kicking music this class will have you hooked after the first day...

with Trainer Garry Mclachlan -  Black Belt Tae Kwon Doe


RAWK your CORE:

50-80% of the class will incorporate the stability Ball for strength, core, balance and cardio

Lebert Free Body Friday's:

Full Body using the Lebert Equalizers and Lebert Buddy System - GREAT PARTNER WORKOUT.. Bring your BUDDY!
